Hi Everyone!

I am new to the board and looking for a hard money loan in NH for an area that is about to take off. My husband and I are going to purchase our first property to renovate and re-sell. Finding a hard money loan in NH has proven to be a nightmare. Any ideas are welcome!

I am sure I will learn alot from this forum. Thank you for being here!
