Hello,

I'm planning to get my Real Estate License this Spring and I'm looking for information, inspiration and anything else that will help get my new career off the ground. I do want to do some advance leg work to make sure this is a realistic option for me and that there are still opportunities in the market for people who are just getting started..

I'd love to hear from folks who are agents in Denver or North Denver right now, whether they're investors or not.
