Hi, I'm Eric! I tried to strike out on my own and kind of fell flat on my face! since then I've gotten the opportunity to work with a my cousin's wholesale group remotely and I'm excited to use what I've learned here in the Milwaukee area! Also I'll be incredibly happy to stop delivering pizzas and kick my feet up one day!

also fun fact: i accidentally got banned from being able to send direct messages..have not figured out how to contact an admin about that yet!

Welcome to the site Eric. Wholesaling is pitched a lot of folks looking to sell you education or a program of some sort. In reality it's a horrible business plan. All wholesaling is viewed as is unsophisticated & often illegal brokering of real estate. Combine that with the fact that as a young dude i'd imagine you probably don't have much cash in the bank to do a ton of marketing. These factors led you to do what most young dude's who get into wholesaling do.....Fall flat on your face.

Let me shoot a pro tip at you. As a young dude the 1st thing you should look into is getting licensed as an agent. You will be seen as more respectable & will also have more ways to earn money. You find motivated sellers same way a wholesaler would, however now you are seen as a professional & you have 1,000's of other agents at your disposal to help you market for buyers.......Sound a lot better than blasting up craigslist ads & praying you sell the house in those 30 days before you loose that earnest money?
