Hi everybody. I have been lurking the forums for about a year now. It is time to introduce myself. My family and I live in San Luis Obispo, CA. I have done one deal, the house I live in. I am ready to move forward into the land of buy/hold (small multifamily) and plan to do so out-of-state.
