Hi all,

I've been reading through some of the posts, but never posted since I had nothing to add. I just thought I'd introduce myself really quick. I've been thinking about getting into mobile home investing for about 6 months now, but my job was a little unstable at the moment. But, that's different now.

I've started reading Mobile Home Wealth (Zalman) and Deals on Wheels (Scruggs) is coming in the mail. I live in the DC metro area, on the Maryland side, so I'll be looking for opportunities in that area once I get started. Is anyone from the area or know of any good real estate investment groups? I have looked at a few groups, but do most of them have knowledge of the MH industry?
