Hi Everyone! 

My name is Eunique, I live in the Chicago land area, and I became a BiggerPockets member yesterday! I am a new real estate investor who currently owns one rental property. 

I have a list of 30 things I would like to accomplish before I turn 30. One of the things I would like to do is invest in another property (SFH or small multi-family), I only have 4 more months to accomplish this goal, wish me luck!
