Greetings to everyone on BP! My name is Troy Roberts and I live in Wentzville, Missouri. It’s just outside St. Louis and has been experiencing a tremendous amount of growth. I’m currently 17 years old (one week off 18) and am extremely interested in real estate investing. I have been listening to as many podcasts as possible in the last month in a half and have been reading some suggested books. I’m super excited to be here and am so thankful for the wealth of knowledge that everyone provides! Obviously I’m quite young, but I want to begin as soon as possible. I’m set on the BRRRR strategy as I want to invest in buy and hold and would like to put as little of my own money in as possible. Feel free to message me at any time!
