Getting started in wholesaling in Maryland
Hello BP community. I have been a member of BP for a couple years now and have not engaged and networked like i want and need to purse my goals. I have not taken action. That changes today!!! I am located in Anne Arundel county Maryland and i'm excited to get to know more of the community here on BP.
I would really appreciate any advice on wholesaling you can provide. I would like to do a couple deals this year but am really struggling with... well everything. Im attending a local meet up this coming Monday to meet other people with the same ideas. Thanks for all the knowledge that this community shares it really helps alot.

Yoyo, I keep getting emails on how I do my wholesaling shenanigans so I decided to just write it down here on BP.

Not sure if it is allowed to post a link like that but let's see if I get yelled at...
WHen it comes to wholesaling there is just ONE strategy that will pretty much makes things a lot easier and ups your chances at success. I keep saying this over and over again and people think I am just being poetic or just. But really, not at all.
Be honest, be transparent.
Tell your sellers you ARE planning to wholesale the property and explain WHY it is in their benefit. Go over the advantages and disadvantages and let them make the decision.
Do NOT tell them you will buy their house and let them think they are finally having their house sold.
Big Mistake.
There is a system to go about it and it works every time. For some people it works better, for some it still works but not as well. It depends on your character, how trustworthy you come across etc. et.
Just be real, don't be overly nice, don't be a kiss butt.
Just do you think and sign contracts!
