Hi Everyone, 

I am a new listener from Dallas, TX, and I am joining the forum to learn more about real estate investing, property management, and real estate technology. 

I first became interested in real estate as a teenager working with my Dad, who is a residential/commercial appraiser in McAllen, TX. Currently I am currently an analyst with the loan originations team at a non-bank commercial real estate lender. At work I am responsible for preliminary analysis and pricing of loan requests made via our FM SBL, Conventional, and Bridge loan programs. Analyzing various types of real estate markets and investments has sparked my interest in investing in real estate myself. After listening to the podcast I knew that this forum would be a great resource for a new investor.  

I look forward to reading and learning about the community's strategies and experiences in real estate investing/management. With the forum's help I hope to have advice from my own experiences to contribute soon.
