My name is Joan Martinez and I live in Katy, Texas. I am a new investor seeking opportunities to learn and help others generate true wealth. I was born in Habana, Cuba. I've been chasing the American dream since I arrived to the US. I studied Electronics and I work as a Software Engineer. I've realized that climbing the corporate ladder is not the answer.
My interest in Real Estate started by reading the famous book " Rich Dad Poor Dad". After reading the book, I realized that I have to get out of my comfort zone and out of the system. It's time to make money work for me!
I've continued educating myself by reading business/Real Estate books, and listening to the Biggerpockets podcasts. I am currently looking for a Real Estate Agent to find new deals. I'm interested in the fix n flip, and buy n hold strategies. I am looking forward to interacting with other investors and to my very first deal!
