So, I’m Kyle Fedewa, I live in Grand Ledge, MI which is right next to Lansing, MI and I’m looking to invest in the greater Lansing area. I read both books you listed, and both are excellent. In addition to those I read Brandon Turner's books "The Book on Rental Property Investing", and "The Book on Managing Rental Properties". Both of those are excellent sources of information and include real life scenarios, as well as examples of forms you can use in your own business.
