Newer Member Introduction Orlando Area
Hello Everyone,
I have been a member for a while but decided to get more involved recently. I am a General Contractor as well as a RE Broker. We have been building custom and spec homes in the Orlando area for a little while. I would really like to meet investors who would like to partner on either fix and flips or new construction.
My ultimate goal would be to partner on multifamily projects to purchase, renovate and hold. I would love to hear back from anyone with advice or similar interests.
