New to BP from Keller, Texas
New to the forum but not to investing. My husband and I are from Keller, Texas and have been full time investors for a little over 2 years with 18 years of rehabbing experience. We are here to network, find partners, offer experience, and learn from others. We've done fix and flip, buy and hold, subject 2, rehabbing for other investors and are starting to do some wholesaling as well. We really appreciate what this forum is all about and look forward to talking with everyone! :cool:

I am just starting to think about investing in Texas instead of our expensive NorCal. Just curious to see if you prefer investing in certain areas compare to others in your great state? Who knows we may be doing business together. I must say I do trust the BP colleagues first.
