New member in Little Rock Arkansas area

Hey everyone.. I’m a new member and a new investor. I’m jumping right in. I bought a single family home in April and now looking to get into multi family. Little Rock is a tough market for multi family so any advice would be appreciated. I’m so excited and passionate about real estate investing. Everyday looking for deals! If anyone wants a dedicated team member in this area just holler at me.
