New Investor from the DMV
Hello Everyone,
I am a software developer from the Washington Metropolitan area (DC, MD, and VA) and I'm looking to start building my real estate investment portfolio. My primary goal for investing is strictly for cash flow so I'm looking to buy and hold onto my properties. Since finding out about BP from another real estate investor, I have been soaking up as much information as I can from listening to the podcasts and webinars, as well as, reading books suggested by guest speakers and fellow BP members.
My ideal first investment property is a SFH. Eventually, I'd like to get into multi-family units and I'd also like to venture out to areas outside of the DMV. I'm looking to purchase my first property by the end of the year so I'm really excited to get started.
I’m looking to network with as many people as I can, especially fellow real estate investors and real estate agents who are familiar with the DMV market.
