Hello, I am Nick and I am from Salt Lake City!
I've listened to BP for a few months and figure it's time to be actively involved in my success. As a new investor, I only have background in books and podcasts. I am ready in my heart to invest, but my head hasn't caught up. Hopefully the forum can provide just the encouragement I need!
I am interested in BRRRR multi-family properties and flipping. My goal is 1-2 properties in the next 2 years. My overall goal is passive income to focus on work I love rather than work I need.
