New member in Miami
Greetings from Miami, I accidently stumbled on this site earlier this week and I'm finally getting around to setting up an account on this great site.
I am a Commercial Real Estate Broker in Miami, been an active realtor for the past 6 years. Started out in a residential company, worked a couple of commercial deals and found something I loved. I ended up taking a position as a Leasing Agent for a large company in Miami representing a portfolio of roughly 1 million SQ FT of grocery anchored retail space and 500,000 SQ FT mixed office/industrial. I completed a large number of transaction, several of which I was extremely proud of including Pet Supermarket, Family Dollar, AT&T and Subway to name a few. After 2 years at that company, I got an opportunity to become the Director of Commercial Real Estate at my current company which is where I am currently at.
My area of focus is in Miami Dade with a specialty on retail. A majority of the work I do is in grocery anchored centers, but now a day you can't be too specific. I also do local tenant representation, which includes site selection, lease preparation and negotiation, permitting and anything else needed to get the deal done.
