New to real estate.
just want to introduce myself to the forum and the community. I am a new member from the NYC area. Looking to creat connections and contribute with the small knowledge I have so far.
I don’t have any properties yet. I’m looking to start buying rental properties next year and maybe starting out in the FL area, but open to opportunities.
I love numbers and analysis. I am currently working on my accounting degree and if anyone needs help running numbers, I can help.
