Yet, another newbie to Bigger Pockets. Already, I have attended a REIA meeting-I found on this website. Otherwise, I wouldn't have had a clue! I am 21 years old, and am closing on my first building(3 family) next week! I am currently taking a semester off from my four-year college, and will return next year. If anyone else is a college student in the same boat-let me know!

I have told many people about this site as well as the people I met at my REIA meeting..Great site, keep it up.. :D
