Newbie- Benjamin Shull - Rockford, IL
Hello everyone, My name is Benjamin Shull and I'm from the Rockford, IL area. I'm brand new to Real Estate investing in a whole but I've listened to a lot of podcasts, audible books, and attended several webinars. I've also purchased education through Legacy Education a month ago today. I'm extremely motivated in getting started but I'm trying to people near me to discuss Real Estate because learning hands on helps me the most. I'm looking to get started in wholesaling to build up some capital and then pursue multi-home rentals. (open to other options!)
