Hey everyone, my name is Jerell and I’m new to bigger pockets! I’m a recent college grad looking to learn from and connect with people in the real estate investing business. I’ll be moving to Oklahoma in the fall to start Grad school and would like to try my hand at house hacking for a few years while I’m out there. Any advice on the market, barriers to entry, and other things to consider would be amazing.
