Nick Duffy from Yorkville IL here. I have had an interest in real estate for sometime but failed to take action until recently. I am now a newly licensed broker with a goal of making real estate a full time profession. Currently I have a wonderful job, but it won’t get me and my family to the lifestyle we desire fast enough. Looking for cash flowing investments in the single family category w/ a goal of financial freedom in 5 years. Joined BiggerPockets after listening to several of the podcasts. I’m excited to connect, learn, and grow with this community. Nick
