Young newbie from Arizona!

Hi, my name is Matthew Evans. I’m 25 years old and I farm cotton with my dad Arizona. I have been interested in residential real estate for a while and have been working the last couple years to financially be able to dip my toes in. I think I am mostly interested in buy and hold rental properties this creating a long term residual income. I’ve been a long time listener of the bp podcast but really want to start digging my teeth in and start prepping to make my first deal. Are there any books you guys would recommend I read? The only book I’ve read that even somewhat relates to real estate is rich dad poor dad. Thanks in advance! Can’t wait to get to know you guys and become apart of this community.
