Hello BP community.  I have been a free member for over a year.  I have decided it is time to get serious and get my first deal done so I have gone PRO.  I am interested in buy and hold rentals as my retirement plan.  I look forward to learning as much as I can from this site as I progress to my goal of financial freedom.

I am an Accountant and I work in Government.  I recently graduated with a BS in Accounting at 42 years old.  My previous career was in healthcare as a Physical Therapist Assistant.   I decided that I didn't want to work in physical therapy until I retired, so I made a dream of mine come true and went back to school.  I am married to my wife of 14 years and we have two young boys ages 6 and 8.  

I enjoy what I do, but I want to have the flexibility to work when I want and spend more time with my family.  Real estate investing is how I plan to achieve that flexibility.

Welcome Bryan, we have a REIA meeting in Slidell 2nd tuesday of every month. The group was founded recently by a BP member
