Getting into Real Estate

Hello to the peoples of Biggerpockets! I moved to Tallahassee Florida about 2 years ago looking to get into renting out houses for college students and eventually go from there, but I’m not sure where to start considering I’m not yet acknowledgeable about certain things in the Real Estate business?
