Hey Everyone! My name is Chris and after sitting on the sidelines for years, I am ready to start finally investing in Real Estate. I am interested in buy/hold rentals and flipping. @Chris Shallow welcome! There is a South Jersey REI group you should look into. They have regular meetups in your area. South Jersey is a great place to invest. Prices are still mostly reasonable and commuting to philly is a breeze. Good Luck!
