Hello from Denver!!!
Hi, My name is Dustin. I'm in the Denver area. I have no real estate investing experience and feel like it will still be awhile unfortunately. I'm currently a maintenance tech at an apartment complex but have also done sales/bidding for a foundation, waterproofing, and crawlspace company, and worked on golf courses for about 10 years.
I have a bachelors in horticulture and an associates in business administration. I currently have decent mortgage credit scores but have a lot of student debt and a little credit card debt.
One of my close friends owns a company with two other guys and they do contracting for homeowners. I have recently been thinking about starting my own company mainly with flooring/tile. My friend is looking for good subcontracting and will give me work.
I am here to learn as much about as investing as possible. My friend and I would eventually like to start flipping but I'm open to long-term holds as well. Just wanted to introduce myself and I am open to any advice the forum would like to give!
