Hello, 

I am a newbie in the real estate empire. I currently live in Washington DC area (Alexandria) and have one rental property in the Richmond VA area.

I will be looking for insight from other investors on how to setup a business between multiple investors, as well as all others knowledge available.

@Nick Ragucci I would suggest developing a relationship with an attorney. You will get a lot of opinions on here, and none of them will protect you when you get sued. Just my own 2 cents. Good luck
