Getting Started in South Carolina

Sean Patrum
Posted

Good Morning, I am getting started in Charleston. My name is Sean I am a life long Carpenter with many construction skill sets in residential and Commercial construction. I currently run a packaging shop and have a small handyman business.  Now that my sons are grown I have some free time and money to start investing into real estate. I have a ton of questions so I am sure I will be reading forum posts as well as blogs. I am currently in a real estate class to get my license ,however I do not expect to learn much there other than what is required to pass the license exams. If there are local members please say hello I expect I will eventually need to do more.

@Sean Patrum there is a good investor community in Charleston. Let us know how we can help. Always a need for a good handyman as well.
