Hello, My name is Seyi. I am from houston, TX. I work as an engineer full time but I want to invest in real estate. My goal is to eventually become financially independent so I dont have to depend on my job and do the things that I enjoy. I would really like to invest in multifamily properties but I know that is a big leap as a beginner so I plan to first start off with single family properties and transition into multi family properties and maybe commercial(who knows).I am mainly looking at properties in and around houston for investing. I look forward to connecting and networking with other members especially those that live in houston. Thanks
