Hello all, I’m Dexter, 33 years old and live in the Bay Area with my wife and dogs. I bought a small foreclosed home in 2011 and sold it 5 years later for a nice profit, bought another home in a better area and we put a lot of money and sweat equity in since. I’m interested in learning more about real estate investing, my goal is to own a rental property here in California or maybe even our of state. I’ve had this app for like a year, finally going to start using it and interacting on the forums.
