Newbie looking in Austin

Hi everybody, 

I'm Michael and I am new to the forums but I've been listening to the podcast for awhile now. I am a caregiver and looking to get deeper into real estate. I'm currently selling my single family to move back closer to Austin. I'm here looking to learn more, network, and everything in between. It's great to be at this point and I can't wait to get started!
