Hello everyone! 

This is my first time posting in the Forums, I have been lurking for a few months now. My Fiancee and I currently live in Portland, OR but are relocating to Metro Detroit after the wedding in September! We are in the middle of closing on our first property, a duplex! 

Just wanted to say Hi!
