Newbie in Charlotte, NC

Hello BP Community, My name is Tashoma Lesane and I am a new member who was introduced to BP by a friend. I currently have two cash flowing properties in Charlotte and I am currently looking for a third property. Like many of you my goal is financial freedom but it has been a slow process since I still work full time. I am looking to do a refi on one property so that I can purchase the third property. So if any of you know a good lender please send them my way. I love BP and all of the information the site provides! Last question - should I try to connect with a wholesaler to find my third property? I am currently on a work assignment in another state but I get home once a month. Thanks, Tashoma
