Newbie From Austin TX ::::::::
Just stumbled on to this site and already enjoying the wealth of information, so thought I would introduce myself.
I am a licensed agent out of Austin, TX who has lived here my entire life and specialize in apartment leasing, but for the last year been trying to get a business off the ground providing Valet Trash and Recycling services to large apartment communities.
Total newb to investing but I hope to soon be able to acquire some cash and invest in Real Estate and have several ideas for businesses I hope to pursue :wink:
My main interests are specifically in new construction, vacation rentals, landlording, flips, and property management.
For those in Austin If I can be of any help regarding the rental market in Austin or offer advice/feedback I'd be glad to help!.....looking forward to attending some club meetings as well as I have never been to one.
