Hi, my name is Matt and I'm sort of new to the world of real estate investing. I bought my first house (primary residence) in 2013, fixed it up while living in it for 4 years and sold it in 2017 for a decent profit. I then put that money toward a larger house for my growing family, but I've always been interested in real estate as an investment. Eventually I would like to get into single or multi-family rental properties.
So while I'm saving and searching for the right property to have as my first investment, I've been doing tons of research and began listening to the bigger pockets podcast which led me here.
I currently manage the service end of a new car dealership, but am looking toward the future and some day retirement and want a way to secure financial freedom.
