Hello everyone!
I was introduced to this site Saturday by my cousin who is mentoring me in the buy and hold market in Pittsburgh. I have one property that I bought 5 years ago from a family member and now am trying to start purchasing more and making it more of a business than a hobby. Excited to learn a lot and appreciate this site for the information I have already learned in a short period.
