New to Bigger Pockets
Hello all. My name is Christy Bohnstengel and I am from Northern Colorado. I am a Business Development/Leasing manager for a large Property Management Company, based out of Denver. I manage the whole Northern Colorado region. I started my real estate career back in 2009, fixing and flipping homes. (about 20) with private money. I managed properties for investors. I finally decided to get my license in 2016. I love to find deals and I love real estate. I also love to listen to the Bigger Pocket Podcasts. Being in Property Mgt I drive alot, so I have the opportunity to listen to all the different podcasts, which has brought a wealth of ideas and information that I can utilized.
