Greetings, im here to learn the ways!
Hello, my name is Nigel. Ive recently discovered this great forum while watching finance videos on youtube. My goals are to build passive income and eventually be driving a porche 997 on the daily. Ive been interested in real estate investing ever since my mom persuaded me to not move out of the house by telling me i could save all my money instead and invest it in rental units like she has done for future income. Ever since than i was sold on real estate, and i think it will help that i have had various construction jobs in the past giving me some general knowledge on home improvement and such.
im eager to make some new friends and gain lots of valuable knowledge for my first investment.
