Newbie in Minneapolis, MN Area
Hi Everyone!
My name is Nick Barker, and I decided to create an account after listening to the BP RE podcast religiously on the way to and from work everyday for the last three months. My background into RE started when I began working as a commercial credit underwriter for a bank. After underwriting a few RE deals, I decided I needed to get into the RE game. A year later, I purchased a single family house and turned it into a rental in 2017.
My goals consist of purchasing more single family and multi family properties, while building solid relationships with many of you great RE minds along the way.
Anyone know of any Twin Cities groups / meetups I can join?
