Hi! 👋🏽 I’m from Baltimore and I’m interested in learning as much as I can about real estate investing. Is there any information I can refer to for education, and license in my area??

Welcome!!! A good start is to download "The Ultimate Beginner's Guide" and read it over. This was the first document I read and it gives a lot of good information to better understand Real Estate.
