Hypothetical question: if a couple puts their house on the market and buys a condo with the help of their real estate agent. The couple ends up paying two mortgages. My question is if one was to help them find a buyer, can that person that help them out get paid a finders fee, and if so the finders fee would come out of where?
@Brandice Weaver This is essentially "bird dogging" and if you google that term, you'll find a lot of info. Long story short, it's is illegal in many states.
Hi Dawn, thank you for the info it really help me out.
