Real estate agent question
Hypothetical question: if a couple puts their house on the market and buys a condo with the help of their real estate agent. The couple ends up paying two mortgages. My question is if one was to help them find a buyer, can that person that help them out get paid a finders fee, and if so the finders fee would come out of where?
