I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to the community. I'm a 37y/o career firefighter in Meriden, CT. I live in New London, CT, and am originally from Windsor, CT. I've been researching real estate investing for too long and am looking to buy my first rental by the end of this year. I'd love to meet other like minded individuals across the state (RI as well). I love the podcasts and resources available on this site and hope to be able to contribute at some point.
