Hello Everyone, my name is Jonathan Gonzalez. I started listening to Bigger Pockets podcast at the beginning of this summer and have become hooked on learning about Real Estate. I am currently a Senior at the University of North Texas and live in Allen, Texas. I have a desire to get started in Real Estate and I am working on my goal to buy a rental property by April of next year.  I am a hands on person so I am willing to help fellow investors work on projects(clean houses, paint, etc.) to see the process first hand and learn.
