Hello Everyone, 

I am long time podcast listener. I have interested in real estate investing for a long time and never actually pulled the trigger. I am in the process of renewing my real estate licensing and have been short sale negotiator in the past.

I hope I can learn alot from this forum. But, also give back as I learn as well. I am in saving mode and have saved up almost close to 6 figures so far to buy a place here in LA and possibly house hack. 

Any suggestions on how to learn how to analyze deals and where to start. I like the idea of a BURR strategy.
