New Investor in Austin, TX

I am a new investor living in the Austin, TX. Currently, I am looking at deals ranging from far North Austin to San Antonio and anything in between. My main strategy is BRRRR, but am open to educating myself in all areas of REI. I would love to connect with other investors to bounce ideas and strategies off of in hopes of furthering my REI knowledge from your experiences.

I am also open to partnering with someone on any upcoming deals and beyond. My background is heavy in property management as this has been my regular job for the past 10 years. I have experience managing properties in Austin, San Antonio, and other markets within Texas. My long term goal would be to partner up with someone who would want to continue doing deals together and build up a portfolio of rental properties.

Please feel free to reach out if you want to discuss anything mentioned above. Looking forward to connecting with you!

BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE ANY NEW INVESTORS!!!!

"GET A PAID MENTOR"

It is not in any successful investors interest to bring on a partner if not needed. What you can do to bring value to a potential partner is FIND DEALS......

If you can find deals you will have people lined up down South Congress to partner with you!!!

Another good tip is to start attending local REI meetings.

Welcome @Kyle Westbrook ! What a great background to have when getting into investing. Not having to learn the landlording aspect removes a huge area of insecurity when taking the jump, or offers a significant value in a partnership situation.

BP is a fantastic repository of free knowledge and insight. Almost everyone contributing here wants to share experiences and help other investors out.

I'd love to meet up sometime and hear your experiences in property management.
