Hello! My name is Roy Wise and I'm beginning my journey into Real Estate Investing. I'm addicted to BP, currently listening to as many podcasts and reading as many books as possible. I'm excited to start this journey and connect with others in my area!
About me - I'm 30 years old, married with an 8-year-old daughter. We own our own home, and both currently work full-time. I'm an expert in the optical industry, which is quickly losing demand due to the progression of technology and online sales. When I'm not working or learning, I'm usually at the gym or enjoying being outdoors with the family.
I'm not 100% sure yet which path to Real Estate Investing will be the best for me, so I'm working on figuring out my best path and what the plan looks like. Thankfully, I have found a friend and mentor to help get me started. I'm looking forward to my "new career" and hoping to gain a lot more from Bigger Pockets! THANK YOU for having BP be such an amazing asset for all of us newbies.
