Newbie from Garðabær, Iceland
Hi my name is Kristinn Sævar Magnússon. I was born and raised in Iceland and currently living in Garðabær (Reykjavík Metropolitan area). I’m an ex-cop and currently working as an Air traffic controller.
I’m really interested in going into real estate investments. I’m mostly looking to buy and hold, condos or single family homes for long term rentals and/or short term vacation rentals. I decided to sign on to the Bigger Pockets forum to socialize and learn from the other more experienced members of the community and hopefully one day be able to give something back as well.
