Hi everyone,

My name is Cyra and I am a native Philadelphian currently living in Atlanta, GA. Real estate investing is new to me, I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast for a few months now and finally decided to take everyone's advice and join this group of investors. Currently, I'm looking to network and learn more about the business in the hopes of growing my real estate portfolio, with a focus on single and small multifamily rental properties in Philadelphia and the ultimate goal of moving into commercial/mixed use real estate. I'm really interested in the BRRR strategy so I'd love to connect with anyone who's used that method before as well as CPAs, lawyers, and financial advisors who work in, and are passionate about real estate.
