Hello BP community! My name is Jacob and I’m really excited jump on here and learn as much as I can about RE investing and meet new people. I currently live in San Antonio, Texas and I am looking to buy either a primary residence or rental property next summer. Right now I am renting an apt with my brother and my lease ends July 2019 so thats why my goal is next summer. I’ve just finished reading Set for Life and it made my interest in real estate just get bigger! But when I mention it to family usually they are not very excited about it or don’t agree about rentals because of all the risks that come with it. That is one of the main reasons I wanted to get on BP. Can’t wait to start learning more!
